Welcome to BetVikings ("BetVikings," "we," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BetVikings' betting analytics platform, including our website, odds scanner, bet tracking tools, Discord community ("Syndicate"), and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your data.

1. Description of Service

BetVikings is a betting analytics and portfolio management platform that provides:

  • Bet Tracking: Tools to log and track your sports bets, including single bets and parlays, with detailed profit/loss tracking.
  • Odds Scanner: A tool to compare odds across multiple bookmakers to find value opportunities.
  • Analytics Dashboard: Performance analytics including ROI tracking, win rate analysis, and profit breakdowns by sport, bookmaker, and tipster.
  • Bankroll Management: Track your deposits, withdrawals, and balance across different bookmakers.
  • Syndicate Access: Pro members get access to our private Discord community with tips from verified professional tipsters.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. Sports betting may be restricted or illegal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws where you reside. BetVikings does not facilitate gambling—we provide analytics and tracking tools only.

3. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You may also sign in via Google authentication. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@betvikings.io.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1. Free Plan: Includes basic bet tracking and limited odds scans (3 per month).

4.2. Pro Plan: Includes advanced analytics, bankroll management, 500 odds scans per month, Syndicate (Discord) access with tipster picks, and priority support. Pro plans are billed monthly.

4.3. Free Trial: New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You may cancel anytime during the trial without being charged. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew.

4.4. Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

4.5. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

5. Discord Syndicate Access

Pro members may connect their Discord account to access our private Syndicate server. By connecting Discord, you authorize us to manage your Discord roles based on your subscription status. When your subscription ends or is canceled, your Discord access will be automatically revoked. Discord community rules apply in addition to these Terms.

6. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of the betting data you input into the Service (bets, stakes, outcomes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data to provide the Service functionality. We do not sell your personal betting data to third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of gambling laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Share your account credentials or Syndicate access with others.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.
  • Abuse the odds scanner by exceeding your plan's scan limits through automated means.
  • Harass other users in the Discord community or violate Discord's Terms of Service.
  • Use the Service to promote competing products or services.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, analytics algorithms, and content, is owned by BetVikings. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • The accuracy or completeness of odds data from third-party sources.
  • That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Any particular betting outcomes or profits.

BETTING DISCLAIMER: BetVikings provides analytics and tracking tools for informational purposes only. We are not a bookmaker and do not accept bets. Tips shared in the Syndicate are opinions, not financial advice. Betting involves risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BETVIKINGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GAMBLING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your betting data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
