The core of our Service involves storing your betting activity:

  • Bets: Event name, outcome, odds, stake amount, profit/loss, bet status (pending, won, lost, etc.), and date.
  • Parlays: Multi-leg bets with combined odds and outcomes.
  • Bookmakers: Which bookmakers you use, including custom bookmakers you create.

D. Bankroll Data

If you use our bankroll management features, we track:

  • Starting bankroll, deposits, and withdrawals.

E. Discord Connection

If you connect your Discord account for Syndicate access, we receive:

  • Discord user ID, username, and avatar.
  • Discord email (if authorized).
  • Guild membership status for role management.

F. Payment Information

We do not store credit card numbers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which maintains its own privacy practices. We store only your Stripe customer ID to manage your subscription.

G. Technical Data

We automatically collect:

  • IP address (for security and analytics).
  • Browser type and device information.
  • Pages visited and feature usage patterns.
  • Odds scanner usage and scan credit consumption.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Provide the Service: Store and display your bets, calculate analytics, and track your performance.
  • Manage subscriptions: Process payments, enforce plan limits (e.g., odds scan quotas), and manage Discord access.
  • Improve the platform: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features and fix bugs.

We do not sell your personal data or betting history to third parties.

  • Firebase (Google): User authentication and Google sign-in.
  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management.
  • Discord: Community access and role management for Pro members.
  • Neon: Database hosting (PostgreSQL).
  • Vercel: Website hosting and deployment.
  • Google Cloud Storage: Profile picture and asset storage.
  • Sentry: Error tracking and monitoring.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We only share data necessary to provide the Service.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases hosted by Neon (PostgreSQL). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS).
  • Secure authentication via Firebase Auth.
  • Session-based access control.
  • Regular security audits.

While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

Data retention: Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Deleted bets are soft-deleted (marked with a deletion timestamp) and may be permanently removed after 30 days. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data.
